Terms of Service
The responsibilities that keep a shared landlord-and-tenant record accurate, respectful, and useful.
Draft updated 20 August 2026
This page is implementation copy, not an approved legal instrument. Counsel must confirm the retention schedule, company contacts, and final terms before launch.
Status of these terms
UpaMate’s existing terms are dated June 2025. This is the proposed Leasential replacement and does not take effect until it is approved and published by Zion Strategic Solutions, OPC.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter the agreement connected with your account.
- Landlord accounts are provisioned manually after an inquiry. Tenant accounts are invited by the landlord responsible for the tenancy.
- You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
- An account may be used only by the person or organization for whom it was created.
Property and tenancy records
Landlords are responsible for having authority to enter property, lease, tenant, payment, utility, and maintenance information. Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of receipts, requests, photos, and other evidence they submit.
Leasential organizes records and evidence; it does not decide whether a payment, damage claim, deduction, notice, or lease term is legally valid. The parties remain responsible for reviewing records and obtaining legal or accounting advice when needed.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Upload unlawful, deceptive, threatening, discriminatory, or unrelated material.
- Impersonate another person or falsify a receipt, bill, checklist, audit event, or tenancy record.
- Access another portfolio or tenancy without authorization.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the service’s security or plan limits.
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Trials, plans, and activation
- Each landlord plan currently includes a 14-day trial without a credit card.
- Unit limits and AI usage limits depend on the selected plan and are shown before activation.
- Standard subscriptions are activated after the operations team verifies payment evidence. Custom plans require an agreed quotation.
- The legal account name receiving subscription payments is Zion Strategic Solutions, OPC, even when the product is presented as Leasential.
- Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, suspension, and tax language requires final legal and commercial approval before launch.
AI-assisted features
Assistant responses may be incomplete or wrong. They are intended to help locate and summarize records, not replace professional legal, accounting, safety, or emergency advice. Review an answer and its underlying records before acting on it.
Availability and offline work
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, connectivity failures, security incidents, or events outside the operator’s control. Supported writes made offline may remain queued on the device until a connection returns. Users should confirm that important evidence has synchronized.
Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains what personal data the service handles, why it is used, who may receive it, and how data-subject requests work. It forms part of the information presented with these terms.
Ending or suspending access
A user may request account closure. Access may be suspended to protect people or data, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address an unpaid subscription. Closing an account does not automatically erase records that another party lawfully controls or that must be retained under an approved legal schedule.
Questions
Product and account questions may be sent to andongstech@gmail.com. Final legal notice, governing-law, dispute, warranty, and liability provisions must be confirmed before these terms are approved.
